Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damaged During Shipping
If the item is damaged in transit please contact me via email within 3 days time and include a picture of the item and the shipping box. Most items can be repaired (Free of Charge) and returned. You pay shipping both ways.

If you choose not to send it you will need to return the damaged item plus the original box and shipping materials to your local post office to claim your Insurance Compensation

How Do I know if my item is packed well?
The fragility of my glass art compels me to take special care in the packaging process. Each Object is hand packed by me, Wendy Williams, keeping in mind the shape and size. All my Sculptures come wrapped in Tissue Paper as a first layer, then bubble wrap as a second layer and possibly peanuts or shredded paper as a third layer then properly placed in a protective box that will ensure the item arrives in perfect condition to the customer. I have 20 years experience shipping all over the world. Each item is guaranteed against loss and insurance is provided.
