Damaged During Shipping
You can contact me via email within 3 days time and include a picture of the item and the shipping box. Most items can be repaired (Free of Charge) and returned. You pay shipping to me, I will pay shipping back to you

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-6 weeks

How Do I know if my item is packed well?
As the artist, Wendy Williams, I personally hand-pack each sculpture with its unique shape and size in mind. The process begins with a soft tissue paper wrapping, followed by multiple layers of protective bubble wrap. Depending on the piece, I may also incorporate packing peanuts or shredded paper for added cushioning, filling any empty space within the box. Finally, the meticulously wrapped artwork is carefully placed inside a sturdy, protective box designed to withstand the rigors of shipping. With 30 years of experience shipping globally, I'm confident in my ability to prepare your artwork for a safe arrival. For added peace of mind, each item is guaranteed against loss, and I provide insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
